Tedcor employs account managers who provide ongoing mentorship to the Community Contractors. This takes the form of ongoing operational advice and assistance through regular interaction. In the initial stages of business establishment these meetings are held weekly and are decreased as Community Contractors become more independent.
The Community Contractor’s performance and quality of service is monitored by Tedcor’s account managers on an ongoing basis.
Tedcor also assists Community Contractors’ with ongoing financial and administrative assistance. Their expenses are managed in collaboration with Tedcor.
Tedcor assists and advises the Community Contractor in terms of effective cost management. The financial risk to Community Contractors is eliminated through this system
